Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy We value your time and the time of other clients seeking appointments. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our guests, we require at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice. A $75 no-show fee will be charged if you miss your appointment without prior notification. These fees help us compensate for the reserved time and allow us to offer the appointment slot to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
